Sandra Parrin – Shepherds Grove Park – Group Survey

Sandra was concerned about the condition of the underside of her park home, so for peace of mind did not hesitate to call PHCS after seeing our survey advert in the Park Home News magazine. PHCS give a discounted rate to anyone who has a group of 3 or more surveys on the same site, so Sandra got in contact with 10 of her neighbours to make the most of our service.

From Sandra’s survey we found only light corrosion on the chassis, no leaks and the home was level. From our findings we recommended a follow-up survey to be carried out in 3 years’ time. PHCS always recommend accessing your chassis every 3 years to maintain an understanding of the condition under the home to avoid any expensive repair costs.

After having her survey, Sandra told us “I would recommend you to anybody. Everybody was so impressed and very, very happy. I understood the report and I didn’t have to call to ask any questions, I was able to understand everything. I booked 10 surveys and a couple of people saw the car on site and were added to the list while he was on the park. He was such a nice young man.”
