PHCS were contacted by Rosalind of Eastbourne Heights, who enquired about the group survey discount PHCS offer when three or more residents on-site all have a survey on the same booking.
She came back to us with not three but eleven neighbours altogether who all spread the word and wanted a
underfloor survey carrying out by our DEA surveyor.
Rosalind was very happy with the outcome and said: “Thank you for all your help in arranging the
surveys. The two guys were very helpful and carried out all they had to do with good humour and
efficiency”.
